I’ve had a boat hire added by Hampton Court for the same reasons so makes no sense 
In the same way that on my way home home I’ll see 20 memorial benches that are temporary with no significance except to the family and friends of John Smith dearly beloved etc etc

I mean, tell me if there’s more I can do… we have tried so many times, and I really do think its eligible as a good place to explore and socialise
I’ve also had the odd “no pedestrian access” which is funny since people actually live on the island, there’s this business, and 2 other clubs, and theres a free ferry service, which I mention in the submissions too 
Good to know others have had this kind of business accepted. I love being on the river, and a boat trip sounds great fun to me.

There isnt a good one, sadly. They put a movable one out in peak season, but it just says CBS Boat Hire and the price list. I tried that first

Two historic lion sculptures on an island where Robert De Montfort and Henry of Essex fought in a trial by combat. Each Lion symbolises the participant.

No, I mentioned the clubs but not directly that this is the only business.
I’ve now appealed another submission of this waypoint, lets hope a picture with some sunshine and an updated appeal makes all the difference!
Once Im down there again I will try to take new pictures and see what else I can do to showcase it
I hope you’ll find a graffiti, mural or cross

You must be really frustrated
I think that is the “wedding bench”. Every year students bring their girlfriend to this bench to ask the question of all questions. Without this bench maaaaany couples would never exist!

Today I got an enligthenment 
Scenic viewpoints, trailmarkes, great to explore/exercise, but often represented by generic stuff → get rejected = nominator sad, niantic map not as good as it could be 
Now my mind seems to want an outdoor day and jump out of the box:
perhaps the main photo and the supporting photo can change there places and descriptions.
Descripe a part of the park / section of the trail and support it (make it recognizable) with one of this generic benches/markers.
