Remember that proof of the significance of the person this memorialized has to be provided, just like with memorial benches:

Mass produced memorial benches dedicated to friends and family are not eligible unless the nominator provides evidence of the individual’s importance to the community. Just stating that someone was important to the community is inadequate.

So, if you can provide links to anything that proves the importance of the person to the community, that may help, but it’s still not guaranteed that it’ll be approved.
