"Something unexpected happened. Please refresh page. " This message pops up when I try to submit a POI. I submit all the required data and then I push the button submit and then this message pops up.
I refreshed the page. I had to put in all the required information yet again. Pushed the button. Then this message pops up again.

I don’t see any submission from your end. Could you please confirm if you’re using this account to submit? Moreover, please make sure that you’re connected to a strong and stable network to avoid this.
