I am trying to make nominations via the website so I can add addtional photos. But each time I try to submit I keep getting an error message that something unexpected has happened and to try again or refresh screen
I did have 2 successful nomiations via the website last week.
I have tried different browers, different laptop and ipad but I keep getting the same message.
I have also cleared my internet data and cookies.
Has anyone else had this issue or know how I can resolve it?

This usually happens when the network connectivity is not stable and your accounts is not able to connect to our servers. Kindly try again when your connectivity is stable. Let me know if the issue persists.
Alternatively, you may try to submit from the Pokémon GO app

Good Morning, thank you for your reply. I’ve checked my internet and there are no issues. I tried submitting from website via my phone using mobile data (5G) and switched wifi off and I still get “something unexpected has happened. Please Refresh this page” message. I have also tried submitting from another house. I understand I can submit via the Pokemon Go App (this works) but my preference is to use the website. Any further suggestions would be appreciated

I’m unable to send the recordings via email as they are too large. I can’t send then here as they are MP4 rather than jpeg
I believe you can upload them to a third party source such as a Google Drive or as an unlisted YouTube video, and give the link to staff.

That doesn’t appear to be working well enough, as you have to sign into a google account and then request access (presumably from you) before viewing the file. The permissions needs to be set as Everyone who has link or whatever the phrasing is.
