This has happened with the last two stops I’ve submitted. After hitting submit, it spins and spins, and then says “an error occurred, please refresh the page.”
If I hit submit again, the same thing happens. If I refresh the page, all of my submission details disappear.
but then I go to my contributions page, and it shows multiple of the same submission, requiring me to withdraw the duplicates.
Was just curious if this is only happening to me or not
Is this happening through Pokemon Go or Web Submit?

You are not alone. I got this, but it was instant, not spinning round and round first. Niantic believe this to be caused by a dodgy network connection.
