Spot shown as "In game" on Wayfarer map but is not an active spot in game

The spot is called “kids at play mural” and the coordinates are 29.362150, -100.889336

I recently made a submission for the murals since the spot isn’t appearing as a PokeStop, but after looking at the map it should already be an active stop. Now I am unsure if I should rescind my submission as well.

It is live on the gameboard as a Power Spot.

Thank you. I was unaware that the “In Game” status on the map did not distinguish between a PokeStop and a Power Spot.
