What a great first year of wayfarer it was for me.
I can’t even believe how far I came and how far the community has grown.
I also want to thank everybody here for a great time that I have had on this forum and hope to keep having.
Lastly, what a great recap of the year, so many changes.
I also want to put out a thank you to staff.
Thanks staff for a great first year of mine, and you helped us make wayfarer even better for us to use.
The submitting proces via the site was game changing.
The recognition Email was amazing to see. (Although I still haven’t received it in 2 months)

Yo! First of all, I never expected myself to be here on this wonderful platform. I thought getting a PokeStop or a Gym here and there would be sufficient for me - but wow, after six months, I was proven very wrong.
I’ve gotten to know so many wonderful friends and fellow Wayfinders, met an amazing community, and even had the chance to host one myself! I would never have reached this far without everyone’s support.
I truly love how active and supportive this community is - helping other Wayfinders, inspiring people to create amazing Wayspots, and being overall fantastic Ambassadors and staff on this platform.
Hopefully next year, we’ll have even more wonderful things to create, and many journeys to make and remember!
2025 has been fun for me! I got an accepted nomination in a new country for me (Japan), attended four awesome live events for Pokemon Go, nominated things in a few more counties on my state map, and reviewed many stunning submissions from the community. Wayfarer continues to get me out exploring the world, and I’m grateful for the motivation!
