This whole challenge was stress-inducing.
Not only the deadline was too short, but there were several technical issues with no contributions to review whatsoever.
I spent hours in front of a bouncing balloon waiting for reviews which didnât pop up.
The last-minute deadline change for less time (!) was even worse.
You shouldnât change the deadline this late in the game.
At most you should consider extending it to give the opportunity for those who werenât able to review due to the technical constrains.
I have more than 100k reviews done with over 2k wayspots approved and unless this deadline is changed back, I probably wonât do or promote any other.

Im at like 330.. was planning to finish the rest tonight, didnt think I needed to hurry during easter.

Speaking of difficult decisions⌠due to the highly problematic nature and low quality experience of this challenge, the Wayfarer team should make another difficult decision and award all reviewers/participants (that play Ingress) their OPR medal tick regardless of whether they were able to complete 500 or 400. Many of us really tried but were unable to do to systems issues. Think of it as a parting gift for Ingress Agents as we head to other virtual dimensions.

I think you owe to us to lower the individual requirements for all tiers, Im currently sitting at like 480 reviews during the event, I was planning to finish it up tomorrow but now I canât. So instead I just lost countless hours reviewing and for hardly anything. All I wanted was the super rocket radar.

They lowered it, but not by near enough given that they scheduled over a holiday, couldnât handle the traffic, didnât manage âover-participation,â and now they are cutting it off EARLY!
It is beyond the pale. Iâm at 389, and solemnly swear never again to help with nominations, reviews, or reporting bad wayspots. Theyâre on their own

Managed to get to 39 reviews and the system physically refused to give me a final review to be able to get rewards⌠Anyone able to help with that or do I just have to accept Iâm not getting community awards?

Listen, I saw this post one hour ago. I fought to get to 400 still. I was at 323, now at 382. The bugs were insane. I understand there werent enough nominations anymore, but honestly? Thatâs not our problem.
I assumes that when you first gave us a deadline, it would mean we had time until THEN. I would have made it to 500 if I had the time that I expexted to have.
Now I couldnât even get to 400 anymore.
This is insane.
At first it was a shame that we couldnt even get the Lucky Trinket reward for Pokemon Go. When that was changed to the super rocket raider, I thought, okay, well, Iâll just do the 500 still. Now I aint even getting that one.
Seriously, make up for this.

Roughly the same for me. I completed 25 reviews on the first day, then was busy for Easter weekend, then learned about the surprise deadline shift tonight and got stuck at 38 reviews after not getting any more nominations appear in the last 20 minutes.
Since I otherwise would have been able to hit 40 reviews easily, I feel cheated out of rewards and hope that a make-up can happen.

Extremely disappointing! Thatâs the summary of this poorly organized event that was cut short before the deadline. I just wanted to get my OPR medal on Ingress, but honestly, Iâll never waste my time with Wayfarer again! The worst part is that in addition to shortening the event, you reduced the individual goals to a number that is practically impossible to achieve due to the review issues. If you had at least set the maximum prize for 250-300 reviews, everything would be fine. But 400?! Thereâs only one word to sum up this entire event (and this waste of time): DISGRACEFUL!

Imagine punishing players that completed the challenge in record time just because they couldnât do enough reviews. Either remove the requirements entirely or never bother doing an event like this again.
Between the servers slowness, the constant errors and quite literally not having enough reviews for everyone this whole thing was a fiasco.

With all respect this felt like you were taking the piss during this challenge. You have a massive community who are willing to do free labour for there own enjoyment (most for better experiences in the games they play), you started the challenge close to a weekend which you donât work so you couldnât work on fixes for the countless problems, you end it a day early so weâve basically had 4 days instead of a week to do this challenge (the weekend was wasted watching the niantic balloon bounce), you remove the lucky trinket as a reward (which fair enough wasnât exactly your fault, but probably couldâve been fixed if you had the challenge start at a monday and end on a monday so you couldâve worked with the relevant teams on a fix).

I put in ~30 and was planning on getting the rest tonight / tomorrow and I found out it was ending early after it already closed. No rewards!! My favorite!!!

Why cut the event short and not keep it running for the time it was originally announced for? I left off on roughly ~35 reviews before the challenge was abruptly ended.
I was counting on reaching the global milestone of 50 reviews by tonight. Although this was reduced to 40 reviews, this still doesnât compensate those who were not made aware of the abrupt end to the challenge.
