To appeal, or not to appeal

While I’m on holiday in Curaçao, I’ve submitted a number of wayspots. Two were auto rejected, one was clear to me that the rejection was incorrect, so I appealed, and indeed after a short review it was accepted (so the appeal process does actually works)

The other one, I’m in doubt. In the Jan Thiel area there a lot of commercial villa’s available for rent for holidays with a private pool (this can easily be verified on booking sites).

Now I know SFPR can’t be accepted, but do the holiday villa’s classify as SFPR or not?

  • Wayspot Title: Pool at Villa Octopus
  • Location Curaçao

Great question! From the emphasis on “common areas” in some of the clarifications, I would think that anything at an individual place to stay would be SFPRP. Examples:

Looking forward to the discussion on this.

Hi since this is not a formal appeal but a discussion I am moving it to Nomination Support
