複数の質問ですみません。近所にあるwayspot化させたい場所なのですが1枚目は24時間自由に往来可能、車とバイクの乗り入れが禁止なので安全にプレイできるリバーサイドの遊歩道
2枚目はSPLマーク(日本公園施設設業協会)認証の24時間誰でも利用可能な公開空地上にある四角いベンチ(ちなみにこちらはAIで否認されています)
3枚目は1枚目のリバーサイドの遊歩道の設備の1つとして整備されている階段です。
これらのアドバイスを頂けますと有り難いです。
All of these will be extremely borderline submissions and almost certainly get rejected.
Being safely accessible is necessary for eligibility. Being somewhere where you can exercise, be social or explore is helpful but not sufficient.
To be accepted, a wayspot needs to be eligible and meet criteria, which is one of
-Social - great place that assists with being social with others
- Exercise - great place that assists with exercise
- Exploration - great place to explore, that people would show to others and visit

提案された画像だけを見ると、残念ながらどれも現行の基準でWayspotに採用できるものはないと私は考えます。ただ、あなたがそれらの場所に着目した視点自体はとても良いと思います。
1. 川沿いの遊歩道について
これは治水対策として築造された堤防の空間を有効利用し、住民にウォーキングなどの運動や川の自然を感じてもらう場所として整備されています。しかし画像では「ただの道」にしか見えません。 @salixsorbus さんのアドバイスの通り、看板やウォーキング用の距離標識があればよいのですが、私が調べた限りではこの遊歩道にはそういった設備はないようです。
一方で河川敷に降りると大勢で使える川に向かって座る「テラス」が整備されている場所があるようです。そちらを主役にすれ可能性はあります。どの位置にあるかまでは分からないため、あなたが希望する位置からは外れてしまうかもしれません。
2. キューブ状のベンチと公開空地について
こちらのベンチはどう見ても1人用であり、Wayfarerが求める用途を満たすのは厳しいです。ところで公開空地は行政が定める建築容積率の制限を緩和する代わりに敷地の一部を一般開放しているスペースです。小さな公園や広場のような用途であれば「交流に最適な場所」になる可能性があります。しかし「歩道や通路」の役割として開放されている場所では難しいと思います。

「ベンチ」「道」として申請していることが、承認されにくくなっている問題であると思います。
階段の踊り場部分や、ベンチのある周辺など、遊歩道中で広くなっている所はありませんか？その部分が「運動公園」「運動広場」と表現できる余地があれば、そのように申請することで、一気にポケストップとしての体裁が整います。

That would be submitting something that isn’t real and is abuse of the wayfarer process.

Attempting to present an object or location as something it is not, is misrepresentation. It would wrong to do this and the submissions quite rightly could be reported and you could find yourself in trouble.
Please do not post ideas or advice in this forum that could get wayfinders being accused of malicious manipulation, and possibly a suspension.
