Das sind die 08/15 Richtungsweiser für das Radverkehrsnetz, das sind völlig normale Straßenschilder. Die benutzt der Radwanderweg vielleicht mit, aber das macht sie nicht zu Trail Markern

Trailmarkers are eligible, however the green bike trailmarkers are usually ineligible, and often removed.
