Seems only fair since there allowed in other countries.

I prefer eqaul and fair game play for everyone
Whit same rules, guidelines and criteria.
So everyone can enjoy the game’s just as much like everyone else.
Are they acceptable now? Or do some countries still have this unfair disadvantage given whitout a reason?

Trailmarkers are valid.
Need to have a proper description regarding the trail
and the name of the trail should be visible on the photo
Just an sign go left/right for that trail is invalid
Stand biking trails and markers.
I noticed some during review, but not many. As far as I know, they are still not eligible.
Very recently I tried re-instating one of them, to see if Niantic’s stand on these is still the same, and it was. See thread: Wayspot restoration request: Dutch trail markers - #10 by MachokeOnDeez
Those signs are still considered directional signs to ‘hubs’ (knooppunten), and only those larger hubs are eligible. The rest of the signs are removed en masse by Niantic.
There are few who agree with Niantic on this topic though, including me. But hey, it’s their game.

But to make it on showcase is really hard.
I thought to understand that exactly this kind of sign isn’t allowed.
Now I’m confused again

Making it to showcase does not mean Niantic thought it was an excellent example of a Wayspot. It means that the community voted for it. I wonder if Niantic will remove it since it was posted here…
I have said before, but will say again, I don’t understand their stance on bike route markers.
