Hi my friend who never violated guideline is banned because someone said that one of is pokestop nomination is wrong. Next month I have to go to paris with her. How can she Talk with niantic? She only candidate pokestop how that can ban for 30 days a player? Is not correct also. Please help me

Your friend should have received 3 emails as to why they have recieved the suspension. The emails also contain a link to appeal.
She should make her case there as to what she did in the appeal.
If she is unclear as to what it was that she did wrong ( which is important if you are to learn and not do it again) posts here the wayfarer team will often message to explain.
Hi thank you for your response. The motivation of the ban is not correct she candidate a religious statue and they say malicious image. But is not true how a religious statue can be malicious!. The second one is for misplacement a candidate pokestop. Also she say that se didn’t put attention to the position but the misplace is very minimum and the pokestop was rejected so I don’t see Why you have to ban someone that is helping the community. She have the ticket for the go fest. She part of the little community that i’m building in my city. I’m very worried for her. She alaways played fairly we play since day one. She only wanted to candidate pokestop. Help her.
The staff cannot give you any information about someone else’s account. She would have to ask herself here for a DM.
I think that “malicious image” wording means a third party photo. Did she use a photo she got from somewhere else?

She can’t write here is banned also form wayfarer. I’m worried guys we have already spend thousend of euros for the paris go fest…
That isn’t true. Plenty of banned folks have discussed their suspensions here.
The forums run off of Discourse, not the Wayfarer website. She should have no issues logging onto the forums and posting here.
Also, you can post in any language you feel most comfortable with. There is a translator here, and English is not required.

She should be able to post here as it has to be the actual person.
Paris is more than 30 days away so if it is a 30 day ban it will be completed prior to then.
If she posts then it best to be totally open about what has happened. It now sounds like 2 different instances.
If her appeal has been heard and turned down then it is highly unlikely that any change will be made unless there is fresh evidence that she did not break the rules.
We have given as much advice as we can. Please do pass this on to your friend.

She can post here. Its separate thing from wayfarer.
Anyway moving forward, i suggest she appeal from the email thats given. The email should explain which nomination give her ban. You can appeal if you are not satisfied with the situation. But if her appeal has been replied and rejected, i can only suggest to be careful in future.
If your friend come here, niantic staff might be able to DM some detail regarding the ban which she didnt know before.
Anyway using 3rd party image and nominating wayspot in incorrect location is subject to this abuse ladder system.
