My friends Eligible nomination was rejected and cannot appeal due to 10 year wayfarer suspension.Renominating would be useless since it would take an year to get accepted and this rejection really ruins our unova tour experience.Is there anyway to contact Niantic for this.Since the nomination was definitely deserving to get accepted

Sorry to hear you feel it was incorrectly rejected. You can resubmit and use an upgrade to have it reviewed faster.
Hi, welcome. I strongly suspect they are banned from Pokémon GO as well so the Tour experience point is kind of moot. I don’t think there is anything to be done here outside of making a nomination for this same thing yourself. You could use an upgrade if you find standard review times long, though I strongly doubt it will take a year.

If you friend did receive a ban and it was Wayfarer related, this would be noted in the email informing of the ban; it may also include some additional info about why the ban was applied. There would also be a link to appeal the ban, so your friend should contact staff via that link.
Keep in mind no nomination is guaranteed to be accepted. All nominations do have to meet criteria and must have accurate titles/descriptions/photos. If the nomination was based off of something that has a current Wayspot, don’t take that as proof it’s eligible, as there are POIs that may have met criteria in the past, but no longer do but do not meet removal criteria. If you haven’t reviewed the criteria yet, you can do so here:

I am aware of the criteria…Another nominations perfectly the same except a different location obviously was accepted just 2 weeks ago…The issue remains that I want to appeal the nomination but can’t because we don’t have access to the account.How can I contact Niantic to again review the nomination?

Again, your friend would have received an email about the ban with a link to appeal. If they didn’t receive an email, they are welcome to use the link below, as long as the ban is Wayfarer related:
Other Niantic products can ban users, so the link in the email they received is usually the best one to use to appeal.
Tho you are right he is banned from pokemon go…Is there no way to contact Niantic?His transgressions in game should not be overshadowing the fact that his wayfarer history was good and hat it was an eligible nomination
If there have been issues in any Niantic product, a warning or ban can be issued for all Niantic products. This is in the terms of service, which can be found here:
So, if there is something that they did in PoGo that caused the ban, this would also ban them from other Niantic products.
Again, they need to use the link in the email they received about the ban. It’s possible this isn’t Wayfarer related, as it sounds like it could be PoGo related. If your friend is unsure, they are welcome to post here in the forums and staff would be able to DM them with more info about the ban. Only your friend and staff can communicate directly about this, not you on behalf of your friend.
I deeply thank you for your help.The ban was for pokemon go.However no email was received for the ban and he cannot access the forums due to the ban too.Which is why I am here.If there is hope to get his wayfarer unbanned we definitely need to try it
I thank you again for your help.We have submitted an appeal for the wayfarer highlighting that this unfair ban and inaccess to the account will severely affect they experience of fellow players and that my friends violation in pogo should not be overshadowing his hard work and dedication to wayfarer

Again, a ban in one Niantic product will ban someone from all Niantic products, and this is in the ToS, which all users agree to. You may see if as unfair, but we all agree to it, so Niantic has the right to do this.

The situation you describe has several different elements and it’s good of you to try and help your friend to make progress.
In all of this try to remember it was your friends actions against terms of service in Pokémon Go that has lead to thier ban, and the subsequent difficulties that you are trying to solve. It’s not on you.
I can understand the wish to appeal but that route is not open. You seem to be of the opinion that an appeal would be granted but there is just as much a chance that it too will be rejected.
If you do want feedback on that potential wayspot then do post in nomination support. We will happily give feedback about resubmitting.
I’m slightly confused as to why 1 wayspot would suddenly make such a huge difference to game play. It would be better perhaps to comes to terms with it not happening and focus on making the most of what you do have.
In terms of your own wayfarer experience, it sounds as though you want to step up and be more active.
For reviewing if you are not getting a quick turnround in agreements then make sure you utilise your bonus location carefully by locating it in perhaps a large city. This means you are more likely to not only get a good flow of nominations, but more of your reviews resolved and therefore if they are in agreement quicker progress to an upgrade.
I think although you are currently feeling bad about the situation, if you start to look at the longer term bigger picture you can start to build the gameboard locally look beyond unova to Go fest for example.

Hi thank you so much for your encouraging words…The wayspot would have made a nother gym in the vicinity which would have been of huge help but I understand that it’s not an option anymore… Obviously it hurts because I’ve been planning it for months and the only thing holding back is the unfortunately super specific issue that won’t be looked into…It is frustrating but I’ve learnt to develop patience with niantic
Hi, again we all very much sympathize with the disappointment, and I completely agree some Wayfarer related issues could be hugely streamlined, but this particular case is not a “super specific issue Niantic frustratingly won’t look into”, this is exactly how a ban supposed to work 
And again, you personally or anyone else in the community didn’t get blocked from submitting that eligible thing.

If you’re running out of things to review consider setting a bonus location to another area that gets lots of submissions. This should help you acquire some upgrades
