That was addressed as above. That has never been how Niantic defined providing unfair advantages.

And to reiterate, the sign itself may he accessed without trespassing onto the grassy area marked “do not trespass.”

I hadn’t seen that particular part, good to know.

Let’s note that the sign itself is on the grassy “NO TRESPASSING” area, since we’re being very, very meticulous here.

Nobody is trying any “gotchas,” just making sure you’re looking at it from different angles and covering it well enough, especially since Niantic already denied it once.

I can’t see myself as having anything else to add other than a since good luck in this situation.

Yeah, I’ll see if I can get the city commissioner to file the report. This point of interest has caused traffic accidents, and it needs to go.
