Varna and Sofia, Bulgaria, which are still on the list, have tons of edits! I’ve reviewed nearly 150 edits in the last hour. They’re easy edits, and some are spam edits from the last challenge, which are very easy to handle with Google Translate. Head over there if you need reviews!

I’m getting a bunch of edits in Varna that are just changing the title or description from Cyrillic to Latin script. I should vote for Cyrillic right?
I know for Ukraine the local community was changing from Cyrillic to Ukrainian. I suspect the same thing is happening in Bulgaria.
Hm but this is Cyrillic to Latin, which isn’t the official script of the country.
I have 300 of 500 done. Is there a chance to catch up? 
Cyrillic is an alphabet, used by both Ukrainian and Russian. The edits in Ukraine are primarily trying to change from Russian to Ukrainian but both options are in Cyrillic text.
The situation in Bulgaria is different, and i’m not sure which direction they’re trying to change.

I thought Russians are trying to take over the “wayspots” in ukraine by changing them from Ukranian to Russian. I figured which alphabets are exclusive Ukranian and Russian (like I and reverse N) and selected the Ukranian version
No wonder my rating tanked after doing those edit reviews

Just to be clear for others, Ukraine uses Cyrillic and Russia does as well. They have some differences in spelling and language that make them distinct from one another. Seeing Cyrillic text doesn’t mean it’s Russian.

there should have been “all of the above” option for those edits. It was really worse. In translate its exactly same text in two different languages. I copied one after another to actually figure out the spelling difference was due to language difference

Help me out.
I’m following this topic for like the last hour now.
I’ve set my bonuslocation to many of the last posts and the original.
When I do this, I get like 1-2 reviews at most before having to log out again to get any. Otherwise, balloon up and down, you get it…
Do I have to set my main location to these locations or am I just getting a little unlucky?
Edit: When I get any reviews, these are mostly still in my main location, not on these bonus locations.
I set home: Carmen, argentina and Bonus: Taichung, Taiwan a while ago. getting good flow of reviews 30+ as of now I would say.
Before this I had Odesa, Ukraine and Jakarta I believe
have 60ish more to hit personal tier 3
It says my home location is permanent. Can you change it back after? Or is that not an option.
It can currently be changed an unlimited number of times

Yes, you can change it as often as you like during the challenge. After the challenge ends you have 48 hours to update it again.

During the challenge we can change any number of times. Plus we should get 1 extra change after end of the challenge to change it back
