what numbers?
Thatās what meant setting bonus enjoy. Hope you are enjoying Aberdeen.
I have friends in Aberdeen and I go there every year to play the tour event so I am at least familiar with some of the places there. It also means I get to review Scotland as if I set my bonus in England, I dont end up seeing much that far north I think.
USA 28, Japan 3, China (nothing), France 2, Germany 5 etc
oh those are the number of times the link has been clicked i believe
edit: i clicked the link to sweden which wasnāt showing a number, and now it shows 1
Well thatās quite telling then isnā it. Thank you
it just linked to wikipedia. i think most people could find the place without the link XD
Used to live near Newcastle Emlyn. So can do
the list has been updated!
right ho. Got a few so working through them. Then I got Glasgow. Then spent ages on Nailsea. Hope I get Wales back again. I was near Penrehber. Classic 6 house hamlet. Think its now 12
Carmarthen. Whilst known as a Roman town - they actually took over from the Demetae. Human history in the area goes back 40K years of known human habitation. So Wikipedia sucks in itās knowledge. Just saying.
PS JNR Awesome. Could not get JPR Awesome ⦠Same same. both Awesome right.
I love this list
But - you knew that was coming. What about the West Indies? Middle East (Persian Gulf - Oman etc), the South Pacific Islands (Fiji, Tahiti)⦠I always wonder about places like that
I have no idea how big Niantic Games are in these places? But these less populated places interest me⦠You know what. Once I done Wales for a couple of days. I am going to select Jamaica⦠Just because
Thank you @tehstone for starting this. Certainly got me back to a place (Wales) I had not considered looking at. Fanks!!!
If those places show up at the top of the list youāll see them here
Iām just sharing some data.
Personally I have been reviewing several countries in the Middle East this week but there hasnāt been much to see.
I changed my bonus location to Wales over two hours ago. Still zero reviews. My home location is deader than post punk. 18 reviews in three hours. I seriously feel like quitting challenges for another year. Every time I try one of these niantic patented glitchfest ruins the plan. How can anyone review even 100 if they live in a country with no backlog?
Okay @AliceWonder1511 gave a good tip, after around an hour of very little, Germany has been working for me!
Iām just checking that you have got the challenge on.
Try setting the bonus and home location. But if still not getting much the time to up sticks and move.
Germany has been absolutely full of edits for me, so that worked really well! Scotland and Germany were the best places for getting reviews.
Egypt gave the only picture reviews Ive seen today, and they were of some really cool stuff!
Morocco seemed to have the lowest quality submissions sadly.
Thailand just had nothing at all, couple of items with blank images and nothing much to go on, then bouncing balloon so that was a disappointment.
Scandinavia and India had nothing at all, maybe I clicked too far north? I was hoping for some really cool images from there but I saw nothing except the balloon, bouncing away.
Ending the day on a round number.
Well, it seems I was just having no luck at Wales (and England, and Brazil). I selected Germany and its a backlog of dozens of meaningless comma, space and period edits from the last challenge. Nice to see that brilliant idea still paying off. Iām sure nothing more interesting is waiting our reviews.
Still, thank you to however said Germany. Worked like a charm.
Please add Kenya to the list too! A lot of noms from here are stuck in voting and queue for months.
Hey Wayfriends!
Thanks for some suggestions on where to jump around to! If youāre asking for some help, itās best if you can provide specific cities or regions - just setting to a country or even most states/providences is too broad with the way Wayfarer feeds reviews.
The list is based on TOTAL NUMBER of nominations still out - as a generalization, this is simply going to be more likely to be large cities and metros since thatās just how population density works.
Now is a great time to jump around āruralā locations, but also with how reviews are fed, that isnāt a sustainable way to really look around unless you systematically are moving around and using plug-ins to track your region.
Happy reviewing!
