How long is the maximum waiting time when a upgrade go from waiting in to voting?
48 hours or longer?
There is no set timeframe for a nomination to go into voting whether it is upgraded or not. It still depends on the number of reviewers available, upgrading just exposes your nomination to a wider pool of reviewers.
