Also used upgrade still in waiting and not in voting. So you not the only one where it take longer then normal.
These days, with ML reviewing a lot of nominations, upgraded nominations and non-upgraded nominations both take about the same amount of time.
Edit: Also, you can’t expect it to take a certain amount of time. All upgrading does is it makes it so your entire country could review the nomination.

same there, upgraded since 3 week and still in queue. I’ve also upgraded 2 others submission after and nothing change
