It might have got moved during review to the correct location. It was only misplaced by around 1 metre, but that was enough to drop it over the line into a different cell to Associazione Gianni Elsner. At the actual location of the plaque, it shares a cell with that existing wayspot, so cannot appear as a pokestop itself.

A plate that has no reference to fascism. 2 of them were killed by communists, and another one by police. But I understand after 80 years some people are still obsessed with fascism.
