Apealing a wayspot nomination

Hi everybody.

I had a problem with a waystop nomination the reason of rejected is: The proposal is probably neither permanent or distinctive.
I show you this is a permanent Mural. Now I provide the following info.

Title: Mural del Si
Description: A big mural says Yes.

Info: Mural that says Yes. Created by local artist MC.

Here I show you I nominate this wayspot from 2020 and Mural still on same place.

Now I show you the ubication of wayspot nomination from 2020

And now show same place of nomination from 2026

Here showing more wayspot nomination from local artist MC

More info from waspot:

Location place of nomination: Avinguda de les Garrigues, 3, 25250 Bellpuig, Lleida

Finally can you explain why reject the wayspot nomination with reason isn’t permanent? Other wayspots are accepted from same local artist. Where’s the problem?

Thanks for your support and your help. Greetings for all

The rejection reason is for temporary or not distinct. They are saying that this is nothing significant enough to be a Wayspot.

Isn’t this just a closeup of an advertising slogan? It feels like I have seen this before.

Isn’t an advertising slogan. Is a simple Mural saying Yes (Si is yes in spanish). This artist in my town always request walls/spaces to give a different urban landscape to the town.

I thought I had seen this before:

Have you appeal it? Staff will review your nomination

At first glance, it looks like a company logo to me as well. So, I think it’s best to include detailed context in the explanation or supplementary information.
When submitting murals, I make a point of including an explanation of why I created the piece, or, if I don’t know the reason, I provide an introduction to the artist. For example,
if it’s about the artwork, “To commemorate the Hanshin Tigers’ first Japan Series championship in 38 years, he created a mural inspired by the “Tiger, Moon, Wind, and Bamboo (Kogetsufurin) ” motif.” If it’s about the artist, “She is known for an abstract, graphic style inspired by shapes found in nature, such as leaves.”
Also, while many murals bear the artist’s signature, this one does not. Would it be possible to attach supporting documentation proving that this is an MC’s work to the supplementary information or images.
