Im trying to make pokestops but it’s telling me to complete the tutorial but I already did and I can review other pokestops. How can I fix this and allow me to make pokestops. I just hit lvl 37.

I have done the tutorial but it won’t let me add, keeps popping up to complete the tutorial
You must restart your game, then you should be able to nominate. Let us know if that works!
