Wayfarer Contributions Not Being Reflected On My Niantic ID for medal

Hello,

I’m noticing that my Wayfarer contributions are not being reflected on my Niantic ID for Wayfarer medal. It’s been over a month, and a lot of them show up on the map, but still I only have 2 showing as accepted. I am in good standing.

This is an example of what I’ve submitted but I have multiple others that were accepted.

Hi, the medal is for reviews, not for how many submission you have gotten accepted . It is correctly working as you barely ever reviewed anything

Hello and Welcome,

To elaborate.

You have “Reviewed” other peoples nominations twice.

You accepted both and this agreed with the outcome, this is the 2 under “Agreements”.

Reviewing allows you earn “Upgrades” which allows you attach to your own nominations, this can speed up the “In Voting” stage. You get an upgrade for every 100 Agreements.

Make sure you continue to Review to the Criteria. Bad reviewing will drop your “Wayfinder Rating”.

Only “Agreements” completed whilst your “Rating” is “Good” or “Great” will count towards the Medal.

Tips:

  • Take you time when Reviewing.
  • Do small batches and wait for the results to catch up. There is a delay between your Vote and the outcome. If you do a large batch badly your Rating will tank. With small batches you can detect problems whilst they are small and change.
