The ingame medal for reviewing in wayfarer only progresses when you are at great or good standing on your profile page. If you drop to poor-fair then the reviews don’t count.
It also needs to be reviews that have reached agreement with other reviewers, and it can take time for reviews that you have done to reach a conclusion and an agreement decision that means that your medal can progress.

Thank you for writing back to us again.
The “Agreements” section of your Wayfarer profile displays all of your agreements on player nominated Wayspots, even those made when you are not in Good or Great standing. Only nomination agreements made while in Good or Great standing will contribute to your progress towards the medal, which could contribute to a possible display difference between your medal progress and Wayfarer profile.
