Wayfarer Support Not Working

Whenever I try to contact Wayfarer Support, it doesn’t work unless it’s on my phone or in Incognito mode
I use Chrome

They’re going to need more information than “it doesn’t work.” What exactly happens? Screenshots help.

but then when you sign in it redirects to a screen recording. idk how else I’m supposed to send it

You have it restricted. I’m not going to ask for permission to see it. And neither will any Niantic person.

yes i can see the screen recording. clicking the speech bubble does not bring up the chat.

verify that you have tried refreshing, logging out and back in, and waiting longer after pressing for the pop up, just to rule those things out

turning it off and back on is as much tech advice as i can give

Yes, but I’ve also tried turning them off
