This is something that does come up from time to time while reviewing, but there is a box to check to make sure you are human, not a robot, and that’s not being displayed here.
Do you have any ad blocker or something similar running on your web browser? I have a ad blocker on my laptop for Chrome, but I have it turned off for Wayfarer. Just trying to figure out why the box isn’t showing up.

Oh, and I see you’re using a VPN, and that could also be an issue. Wayfarer gives you nominations and edits to review from your local area mainly, as well as your home and bonus locations.
