If you have already been un-suspended in game but not on Wayfarer this is a common fault and a member of staff will sort once they see this post.
Due to the weekend you may have to wait a couple of days.

Sorry to hear you’ve been suspended. It’s not entirely clear to me from your posts whether the 30 days have passed or not. If they have passed and you still do not have access, the staff may have to intervene to give it back. If the 30 days are still ongoing and if you are suspended for Wayfarer-related abuse, you will have received several emails explaining the cause. In some cases the staff will help clarify if you cannot find the emails. If the suspension does not originate from Wayfarer you will have to seek different contact options.
