I woukd Like to Start ans Help to find New spots.
But i dont know how to Start. I shall Finish the Tutorial First, but where can i find it?
I can See the tab showcases but cant so anything there

hey, that sounds though as if you already did the tutorial, which is just a short onboarding sequence. Best is to read all the stuff in the criteria sections too.
If you still can’t submit new proposals from within your game, try restarting it
