Ingress was separated from wayfarer on May 23rd. Any ingress nominations now go through Recon. Last time I checked there wasn’t yet a way of checking contributions that area handled by Recon, but maybe one of the more dedicated agents can correct me if this has changed recently.

Yes. As of May 23rd there was a split, and Ingress is now totally separate in Niantic Spatial. Nominations via ingress do not carry over to wayfarer and those via Pokémon Go don’t transfer to ingress.
