    Dear Niantic,
    At first the wayspot was rejected because of private area which is clearly not the case and can easily proofed by OpenStreetMap. Now you are argumenting my appeal as „only a bench“.
    I would like to try once again to explain the bigger picture that i can not show by only 2 Spot picture.

For me it is a very popular Rest and relaxation E “oasis” at the Saupsdorf village POND for visitors, hiker, church people (church right next to the spot), local people etc. The pond is a great cooling spot in summer time and a great attraction. You have a small free area in front for children to play, parking etc. Sometimes the sell self made Limonade to visitors. Further what I can not easily show is the very big lime tree with another two benches (all of the benches are donations for this spot) on the other side of the street which make the whole place a great and bigger rest and relaxing, significant central location. This can also be proofed via OpenStreetMap.

Can you please reconsider if it is only a bench?
