  See this blog I found with old photos of the park. The park was updated and the plaque removed. Can see new park layout on satellite and streetview.

Sierra Park Playground- Saanich

You can see in the second photo from the basketball court that the park was updated and from satellite there is a tree there, no plaque now that the bushes are removed.
The original wayspot was in the wrong spot, but can be seen near the playground in the blog post.
