Seem like you are appealing a decision from the community, not from the Niantic.

1. Wayspot appeals is for appealing removal wayspot or Restoring Wayspot removal. This is not a place to appeal a wayspot decision made by the community.

Nomination Appeals should take place within your Contribution Management page for both Nominations and Edits. Here you can appeal rejected invalid Wayspot reports or request that removed Wayspots be restored if they didn’t meet removal criteria. (nomination & edit appeals not accepted)

2. You have 2 appeals, each on 15 days cooldown. You need to wait for the appeal button to appear. I don’t think you will have any luck sending a community decision to here for the mod team to look at.
