If you face the various maps (lightship vs pokemon/ingress/etc) you notice that there are requirements to appear in the games but this doesn’t happen. I can confirm that the gameboard is performing as designed.

Except the screenshots and @kawin240 ’s research clearly show it’s not. Based on all known metrics (the cell rule and the 20-meter rule), these should appear. The only possible way this can be working “as designed” is if there’s some metric even your own ambassadors know nothing about.

Is it geoblocked by the school next to it?
