Since you have already tried help chat, you might try using a form instead, as I outlined here:

Besides in game submitting, you can also use the form linked at the top here under Wayspot Removals. It can also be used for modifications. The choices I have never match what I need to do, so I just pick one. I have been told that if I pick “Private Property” then the automated acknowledgement email won’t ask for my credentials as property owner. (I do not reply to the automated email if it asks that.)
