Can someone help me with why this location was rejected? It met all of the criteria I read before suggesting it. I tagged it as a dog park, and tagged as trees, so am i missing something? Any help is appreciated since I’m not getting any feedback on why from Niantic

I would submit the picnic table/area by itself. Cherry blossoms are temporary, the picnic table isn’t. You might have to crop the photo so the table is the main focus
Tags don’t do anything by the way. Trees usually aren’t eligible.
Edit: Is this table very small or are those trees huge?

Can we back up? What was the rejection reason? Can you show us screenshots from your contributions page?
This! You can even find tags for things that are specifically NOT eligible, like elementary schools. They are just for data purposes.

Thanks, and good to know! I tried including the trees because I like how they frame the bench, but if thats the case then I’ll just resubmit the bench. Feels dumb that the trees are what might be getting it declined, ngl, but I appreciate the reply
The trees are just large. They’re definitely older cherry blossoms. Like, 8 - 10 people can fit on that bench
I wish i could, but i cannot find the resons on my page, so i resubmitted after reading some nomination suggestions on the community page in hopes of either seeing what the issue was or maybe fixing what was wrong with the nomination.

It would still help us to advise you to see screenshots of your contribution, including the location if you are okay with sharing it.
Benches, especially ones that look like they can easily be moved, are not necessarily an easy accept. There is a clarification on Picnic Areas here you might want to look at.
