I have no problem with your appeal, however, in Taiwan, and even similar wayspots like Japanese torii gate, thousands of Wayspots are this kind of entrance archways. In this case, if Niantic agree your appeal, then thousands of Wayspots meet the removal criteria, including the Wayspot you may apply for in the future. Not to mention that in Taiwan, a narrow and crowded place, there are more Wayspots with safety concerns than this case.
In addition, your claim that “parking is not allowed in the fire lane”, in fact, contradicts your appeal. you can think carefully before constantly using Ai to answer the every question.
