I am requesting the removal of the Wayspot “새콤달콤 토마토 놀이터” because it is not publicly accessible.
Based on the attached evidence, this playground is not located in a public park or other publicly accessible recreational area. Instead, it is situated on an elevated podium within a mixed-use residential and commercial building.
The attached map, satellite imagery, and street-level images clearly show that the playground is built on top of the building rather than at street level. There is no direct public pedestrian access from the surrounding roads, and reaching the playground requires entering the building complex and using internal access routes.
Unlike a typical public neighborhood playground, this location appears to be a building amenity rather than a facility intended for unrestricted public use.
Because this Wayspot is currently a Gym, it encourages players to gather at a location that is not publicly accessible. This makes participating in activities such as Raid Battles unnecessarily difficult, especially for families and younger players who are expected to be able to reach Wayspots safely and without access restrictions.
The attached annotated images clearly illustrate the actual location of the playground and explain why it should not be considered a publicly accessible Wayspot.
