Additional Information (if any):
The actual building named “マンション” in the wayspot is a typical wooden apartment named “スロープケイプ押田Ⅰ”,“スロープケイプ押田Ⅱ”.
Residents are already living there, and the wayspot is located within the residential premises. If someone other than a resident enters the premises without permission to capture the portal, they may be accused of trespassing.
If someone attempts to perform a wayspot scan, they may also be arrested by the police for voyeurism or invasion of privacy.
As it falls under the deletion criteria of “private residence,” I believe that its deletion is appropriate.
The following images are from the intel map.
The area outlined in red marks the residential premises of the apartments.
I don’t think this will be removed, as the residents of the building are still able to access the Wayspot, and even if there is a restriction to the general public, it doesn’t restrict a Wayspot from being in this type of location. Many apartment buildings fall under the Restricted locations that are allowed.
