I strongly recommend that you always take photos of the premises before submitting a report. This will provide you with tangible proof if your request is denied, thus facilitating a possible appeal. In addition, having photos will avoid the need to return to the site just to document your request. It’s a practice that can prove very useful in effectively substantiating your reports.
