Wayspot Submission Confirmation Delay

There is a significant delay in receiving the submission confirmation email, resulting in the nomination entering the review phase without giving the user a chance to put it on hold.

Timeline & Details (JST):

• Nomination Submitted: Around 3:00 PM on June 28, 2026

• Confirmation Email Received: 11:31 PM on July 8, 2026

• Current Status (As of 6:30 AM on July 9, 2026): Upon waking up and checking the Contribution Management page, the nomination was already under community review. Because of this, the option to “Hold” the nomination is unavailable.

I had written the title correctly, but since I intended to edit the description later, I had only written “later”
