You may write messages in any language you are comfortable in, and we can use the translate button to read it. I am not sure I understand your question. It takes time for a nomination to process through the system, so 72 hours is not a long enough time to be concerned.
If you want your nomination to be decided more quickly, you can review nominations yourself. That way you can help get some other nominations decided and out of the review flow, and you can also earn an upgrade. That will send your nomination to a wider review pool if you apply it, which usually means a faster decision.
Sometimes it takes longer… mine average about 5-6 days, but I had one get approved in less than 48 hours.
