I have uploaded this nomination which was approved and shown in-game. However, after a few weeks, the wayspot was gone and I did not receive any notification as to why it was removed.
When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information): There was no rejection email. The nomination was approved, it showed in-game but after a few weeks, it disappeared.
Additional Information (if any): this is a permanent food truck area which has been open for years now. Area is even visible in Google maps.
This Street View doesn’t show the sign still being here, just that this plaza is a place for food truck fests from time to time. I looked around Street View and can’t seem to find this sign on it.
Are you able to provide some photos showing that the sign is still up in this area? A geotagged photo may be helpful, but typically isn’t needed if you can show this with the surrounding area in the photos.
The Food Truck Fest sign actually does show in the street view if you zoom in. It’s just not lit up the way it is in the nomination photo because street view is from daytime.
There’s a google review with a photo from 3 weeks ago showing the sign: Google Maps. Unless the sign was recently removed, I’m not sure why this would have been removed.
Here, I took these photos just earlier. The one from the submission was during the night where the LED lights where on and the food truck was open.
The one in Google street view and from my photos are during the day where the trucks are mostly closed and the sign’s light were off.
But if the reason is about being permanent. This food truck area has been up for years now. The parking area where it is located has been dedicated for the food park.
As far as security, they have 2 entrances with guards on each side.
