Wayspots approved 2 days ago but showing as not in game

  • Description of the issue
    I submitted two wayspots which were approved 2 days ago. They are in their own level 17 S2 cells. I expected them in game today however they seem to not be in game. I have then downloaded ingress to see if they have appeared in there which they have not. I have added a screenshot that shows they have been set to ‘not in game’.

There were reports that daily sync did not happen yesterday.

Wayfarer is no longer associated with Ingress so they wouldn’t appear there either way

Ah hopefully that’s the reason!

Oh, I was unaware of this. I have just read up on the split which was almost exactly a year ago. Will have to wait for sync to try again!

Was just told that sync has been confirmed to have happened for some folks. Can you check again now? Or sometime over the next hour?

I can confirm they have just populated! Thanks for the education on Ingress earlier. I will continue trying to contribute more poi for our local comunity!
