Hello, we live in Skawina small city in Poland. In last few days we lost many portals in our city. We spent alot time to explore our city to find locations and someone destroyed it. There was a guy who said that if we remove him from our friendlist he will make us suffer. Still we tried to make nominations again but he is reporting us from all his accounts and we cant add anything again. Is rhis normal that one guy can destroy work of many people?
How can we Play without pokebalks and gifts?
He was doing it in other citys too.
There was a nice community but now ppl are tired and thinking about end the game.

You can appeal removed portals following the proper procedure in the appeals section of the forum. But if they meet the removal criteria, there is nothing you can do. You can also report abuse following the abuse linked at the top of the forum, but you will need to provide concrete evidence of actual abuse.

Removing wayspot is not as simple as that. Just because someone want, doesnt mean it is guaranted to be removed. Probably, he is enforcing safety/seasonal/private residence issue to remove some of the wayspot. I suggest you appeal through procedure here since we have wayfarer team that can check if someone is abusing removal

And he keep cleaning my city from pokestops. This gamę is over and this system is broken. One guy can clear whole city from gyns and pokestops. We cant event make new nominations because we get warnings. He can threat whole community without problems. And my city is not first. I guess he is reading now and having fun. Good lucky im done

This sounds very frustrating for you and your community!
But @RoIi112 had some good advice about appealing the removals here on the forum. That would be a great first step to show that they are valid wayspots that have been improperly removed. Then you’d be able to have folks from Niantic look into who was requesting them be removed.
This really is the best way to save these wayspots if they are valid. But I will caution you that Niantic has been rebalancing areas that had been hit with heavy edit abuse - so they were more densely populated than they should have been based on game inclusion rules. They have also been removing things like non sanctioned graffiti.
But the forum is here to help if you want us too.
Also you may want to post one of your recent nominations in the Nomination Support area. I’m surprised you and your community would get warnings for new nominations.

He have bilion accounts on wayfarer. I made few pokestops back but he cut them down again. I wónt waste my time anymore. I can appeal for the rest of my life and IT wont change anything. Trust me you never face a guy like him. He is unstoppable. I understand murals etc but we are lossing everything. Like i said this system is broken. Its much harder to make the pokestop than cancel it.
btw he got perma ban on his main acc and nothing changed
Not trying to be unkind, but why mention it here if you don’t want to try to fix it? There are things you can do. We have offered help.
Cheaters upset me to no end. And because of that I’d post here. But obviously it’s up to you.

I’d argue the opposite, actually. Removals have strict criteria, and evidence is very often required even if the Wayspot is fairly clearly at an ineligible location.
If the removed Wayspots meet criteria, are actually still there, and don’t meet removal criteria, I would do as @LetsRollGirl suggested and appeal those removals with evidence. If you’d like to start a thread to get community opinions on some of them, we’d be happy to offer advice on whether we think a restoration appeal might be successful and how to best present your case.

That isn’t how removals on Wayfarer work. The number or accounts that report something has no bearing on a waypoint getting removed or not.

Even i have billions accounts, doesnt mean i can delete all wayspots around me. A lot of rejection is required and if i appeal here, everyone will know.
Assuming i am a person like you said, and i am trying to delete all pokestop near my community, at best i can report wayspot that might have safety, indistinct, or seasonal issue.
But if the pokestop being removed is falsely approved in the first place, there is nothing we can do. I suggest u keep screenshot and coordinate of all wayspot around your community for easier appeal if you believe the removed portal shouldnt be removed.
Niantic team can know who report for removal and investigate if abuse is happening.

Thanks for trying to help. Its very kind from you. But you never face a guy like him. He was doing It for many Years. I dont know how but its working and my city is going to be a ghost city without pokestops and gyns. But worst thing is that we are getting warnings for making new nominations. Why should i appeal event if i get pokestop back it will disappear in next days. Why am i making this thread? To warn you that there arę ppl who having fun making others frustrated like me. And i feel bad not for me but for my friends who dont know whats happening. I spent alot of time for this game. Caught like 2mln pokrmons and it means nothing because of this guy and because what he is doing im alone and not have fun anymore. Hope one day they will open eyes and change it.

If a Wayspot has been removed, do not resubmit it. Submitting nominations that have already been removed for not meeting criteria will explain these warnings. Appeal for restoration in Wayspot Appeals instead if you feel they do meet criteria and should be restored.

If the said wayspot removed have issue in the 1st place , there is nothing we can do. A lot of wayspot is incorrectly approved in the past. Move on. In the other side, perfectly eligible wayspot is hard to be removed. You can attempt to remove for months with no result. At best, this guy can remove is some wayspot which sit in grey area. If you believe the removed wayspot is incorrectly removed because some person faking evidence, you can appeal removed said wayspot case by case. Thats the only way i know to caught this person
Anyway, you DONT get warning from submission unless you try to submit nomination in incorrect location or submitting a fake. I have maybe more than a thousand rejected nomination over the course of 11 years of playing. There are many submission thats like hit and miss like restaurant, place name sign, or gateway. Niantic wont ban you for submitting it, as long the object is real and submitted in correct location.
Anyway, moving forward, i suggest u keep photo and coordinate of wayspot around you. If said wayspot got removed,you ald have information to appeal removed wayspot.and you can mention to appeal team about this person. Without specific portal to appeal, niantic dont have anything to investigate. On the other hand, it might be impossible to remember every wayspot in city, i would just resubmit if i really think its eligible. You can ask advice here before nominating anything

If the OP feels unfair game play made by another user they can report them.

And now i got banned for 30 days for making legal waypoints. Insane xD for real nominations. And u cant prove anything.

You should have details in the emails about the appeals route.

I had warned that this could happen if you resubmitted removed portals. Is this what you did? They will have had evidence that convinced Niantic that these do not meet criteria, and submitting something like that is listed as an abuse here:
Please use that appeal link in the email if you need to explain why you thought you should resubmit them.
