How should one behave when editing an application of this kind with a clearly irregular photo (it’s really unclear what is depicted on the bas-relief) that seems more fit to be discarded than anything else? Should it be skipped, and if that’s not possible? Should it be left as is without reporting it? Or is there a way to flag it?
If the title is correct, I would select the title. I wouldn’t necessarily report it as abuse. One thing to consider is that the nomination may have been submitted during a time when it was deemed acceptable, therefore unless it meets certain criteria, it won’t get removed.
It really needs a better photo, and it’s possible that there’s more than one here. If the photo is this bad, I’d request that it be removed via help chat.
As for the description edit, someone may be trying to update the Wayspot, hence why there could be another photo at the Wayspot now. It’s up to you to decide to accept one of the options for description, or None of the above, especially since it’s hard to see the relief. You can also skip since you can’t clearly see the relief, but I don’t think it should be reported, except for the photo via help chat.
Have you translated the description edit?
It says “Move to upper position”, so the correct way would be to report this edit review @MMaximut
For your initial question about the photo: The review you have here is not asking you about the photo. If there are multiple photos on this Wayspot, you can ask help chat to remove the very poor one.
