I list the locations I wish to confirm below. Please clearly indicate which of the following examples meet the ineligibility criteria.
A. Objects located inside the property boundary.
B. Objects attached to the exterior wall.
C. Items located outside the exterior wall, accessible from the sidewalk, but where the land owner of the installation site appears to be the private residence or school.
D. Items located outside the exterior wall, installed on the sidewalk portion of a public road, but adjacent to a private residence or school.
E. Essentially the same as D, but installed on the roadway side.
F. Items located across the roadway, with the private residence or school on the opposite side.
Examples of items falling under C found in the surrounding area include those located in places like this. (This is a monument commemorating a tree-planting project conducted as part of the 150th anniversary of the elementary school’s founding.)
Based on the URL provided initially, my understanding is that A and B meet the criteria for rejection, while D, E, and F do not.
I would like to know Wayfarer team own stance on this.

民家や学校(K-12)に該当する土地の範囲について
旧フォーラムにて、一軒家の民家の外壁に設置されている掲示板に関し、"As long as they are attached to/present on the property of a private residential property, they are ineligible."という回答があった事について質問があります。
以下に私が確認したい場所についてを挙げますが、次に挙げる例の内、どこまでが不承認基準に該当しているかを明確に示してほしいです。
A.外壁より内側にある物。
B.外壁に設置されている物。
C.外壁の外側にあり歩道からアクセスできるが、設置されている場所の土地の所有者が、その民家や学校と思われる物。
D.外壁の外側にあり、設置場所が公道の歩道部分だが、民家や学校に隣接している物。
E.基本的にDと同じだが、設置場所が車道側にある物。
F.車道を鋏んで道路越しに民家や学校がある物。
Cに該当する物の例としては、周辺地域で見つけた、こういう場所にある物です。(これは小学校の創立150周年記念事業として行われた植樹に関する記念碑です)
最初に示したURLを基に、私の理解ではAとBは不承認基準に該当し、D、E、Fは該当しないと考えています。
