Where is my PokeStop? My appeal was accepted over 3 months ago

My appeal was accepted in November 2025

• Additional Information (if any): My appeal was approved on 11/5/25, we really would like to see this PokeStop as it would be excellent for our business which has many children who all play. There are nearby pokestops that are very close but both places require walking across the street or down the block.

Hi and welcome, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your wayspot is not going to appear in Pokémon GO - it is blocked by Train Mural (39.428230,-77.804889).

As the acceptance email tells you, not everything that gets accepted makes it into Pokémon GO as a Pokéstop/Gym.

I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the in-game prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Web Submit form does use the word “wayspot” instead. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell.
