I assume you are trying to nominate this at Daan Go Bakery, and this could be a generic feature in all of their shops. They have several locations both in the Toronto area, and one in Vancouver, and this sign could be in all of them.
While this is art, it may not be unique art and may be found at other locations. I even see that wall art on their social media posts and logos, which leads me to believe that it was created for the brand, not the specific bakery you nominated.
It may be better to try nominating the bakery, since it was started by a celebrity chef in Canada, as well as highlight their Asian roots.

Ignoring whether your nomination meets criteria or not, I’m gonna pick up on this part of your post. If you used that as your supporting info, it will not help for a variety of different reasons.
Firstly, whilst I know what the text says in Pokémon Go, you’re not submitting a Pokéstop, but rather a wayspot for Niantic’s Lightship database, that has the potential to be used in Niantic’s games. As such, talking about how things in terms of Pokémon Go isn’t really a good thing to do. Where possible, you should use wayfarer terminology in your supporting info (so “wayspot” rather than “Pokéstop”, etc.).
More important than that though, you should explain why your nomination is a great place to socialise, exercise or explore, as those are the 3 main eligibility criteria, and your nomination needs to be at least one of those three things. Your text doesn’t do that at all, so you’ve effectively typed nothing worthwhile in this section. Learning how to use the supporting statement in a better way can make a huge difference in how reviewers look at your nominations.

One of the reasons it was likely rejected is your reflection in the picture- for safety and privacy reasons, anything showing the original poster is rejected. Even a silhouette.
You might try a slightly different angle when taking the photo to make sure you’re not in it.
