Looks like you are already getting some great advice on how to do a better description for your restaurant nomination. I just wanted to clarify a couple of things:
Yes you should resubmit. Fresh nomination with fresh photos.
The ML will not approve your submission but it’ll probablly stop filtering yours out for not meeting criteria.
You need a good photo of the location. You need a supporting photo which shows the same location in a wider context.
Your title has to be accurate.
What the ML might proof additionally isn’t something we know but you need to come over that first hurdle to get your nomination in front of human reviewers (community or team).

I have a doubt ,does an old gym that ninatic created themselves gets in count for 2-5 stops for 1 gym criteria or this criteria is for new gyms made through wayfarer submission? Just want to know cuz if i nominate two stops if it shows up does that mean there won’t be any gym from it cuz of existing gym in lvl 14?
To my understanding every wayspot (pokestop or gym, selfmade or imported) you can see ingame (not the hidden) counts to that gym creation rule.
But I’m not an expert. I’ll tagg @cyndiepooh and @TjoeMi maybe they can help better.
Afaik sponsored gym count towards gym creation.
So if your lvl 14 cell ald have 2 gym, the next gym need to wait until you have 20th wayspot.

When the total is to the next threshold, the next gym is created.
But it ain’t sponsored but created by ninantic long ago.does that also count? Well does these gym also count in this 2-5,6-19, etc.. stops to get a gym?
You don’t miss out on the next gym. They count towards the total.
Also, if the sponsored gym goes away, it is good to already have pokestops in place for when the cell is recalculated.

What about supplimentary info? Do u have an example from ur past nomination?
What matter is 3 main category (exploration,exercise, and socialize). Put as many supporting information that you can get to support any of three.
