Just wanted to jump in and clarify one thing - ML review isn’t in any way connected to the number of reviewers in your area or to who is level 35. All nominations worldwide go through this automated check regardless of who will be reviewing them later.
But that mean the chances of getting human review will me low then at here?

If i somehow succeed in changing an existing gym from my cell to different cell even tho it disappear, will i be able to create new gym like the criteria of 2-5 stops for one gym? So what should i consider while changing an existing gyms location. I want to rename it as charging station or substation cuz it is located at there named as “mosque” idk why ninantic did that tho.
There’s no right or wrong. You should always use the supporting information to help reviewers to accept.
If the gym is really at the wrong location (never try to move a wayspot for game purpose only!) you can ask helpchat to do it (wayfarer menue → help → orange bubble).
Well ,as i get to know that’s made by ninantic and the biggest fault was, it’s placed at a substation with the title saying “mosque” while there’s no mosque in it’s neighbourhood, but the other side only.
So is it okay if i re title it and move it out of my cell ,where im creating a new stop?just to make sure about few details from experts.

If the wayspot is for a mosque and there’s no mosque you should report it to remove. To change the title and location would be repurposing and that is not allowed.
When you report it I’d suggest to take a geotagged photo and add it.
You can either report it ingame (tap on the wayspot → go deeper into the menue → report), or you can choose one of the forms at the top here.

Absolutly yes. None is in charge to make removal requests but repurposing is forbidden.
That would be good. The staff member needs some evidence that it’s not there. And if your report should be rejected you can post it at Wayspot Appeals and it’ll get a second look.
If that is the same mosque you should try to move the location via helpchat. If it’s not the same you can nominate that mosque too.
Well i would say that it’s a suitable place for pedestrian to socialize,unless the ppl coming to pray, cuz it’s located at a turn only place we can stand safely is at there property.i would do only if i have to change location rather creating one.
What if: my one or two nomination gets accepted and those stops appear in game,if i remove this in game gym ,will that turn anyone of the stops located in that cell to be gym? Cuz of having no gym in that cell?
The odds of human review are the same for everyone and it does not depend on who reviews in your area.
I also don’t see any reason to assume there aren’t any reviewers in India - review areas are much, much larger than your own city and the Wayfarer community is much larger than the people below level 35 you personally know. This is expanded even further by the use of upgrades.
Idk,but my two same nomination got rejected by ml system and in under ninantic review why is it taking long? Does these ninantic staff have branch all over world also in india? To review submits? Is this there bussiness week? It’s monday at here idk if

does a power spot get created when a nomination gets accepted but never shows up untill 4th of the month near gym?
dumb question: is it okay for us to nominate a charging station? In my area there’s spot where ppl can wait to charge vehicles at a special side area from road?
I’ll take the easy one. Short answer: No. This is not an eligible location as it doesn’t meet any of the core criteria (Social, Exercise, Exploration). It’s generic street furniture. Technically, you /can/ submit it, but it will be pointless to do so.
I would consider it as no for being a power spot too😅
Every contribution currently made through the app is subject to the same criteria. How the accepted wayspots get used in game are subject to the game’s inclusion algorithm.
1.) your supporting statement should provide anything that may help reviewers understand that this is a point of interest that meets at least one of the core criteria of a great place for exercise, exploration, or being social, and that it exists where you say it does, and that the location is eligible. so information like “the restaurant is accessible” says nothing, but saying that it is a popular destination for tourists and locals is important - and that case is stronger with a link to prove that. i like wher you mention their special dishes and the ambiance. but because “generic business” is a rejection reason, all restaurants are difficult nominations.
2.) there is nothing to do if you are referring to the one “under review.” wait. if it is rejected, you can appeal or resubmit if you still believe it is eligible. if it is stuck for more than six weeks, you can ping staff here to check on it.
3.) wayspots are created immediately. pokestops and gyms normally sync into game daily at around the same time each day. if you missed the cutoff for that day’s sync, it should be in the next, if eligible. the pool of powerspots to be used syncs on the 4th here - it is on the 5th other places and i don’t understand time zones to explain where. the new powerspot may or may not show that day.
4.) the charging station would be generic infrastructure and ineligible in most cases. there could be exceptional ones for historic or artistic reasons, but highly unlikely.

Whatever the time of day is that pokestops and gyms sync, they do this at the same time of day every day.
